課程概述 |
The New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards of 10 June 1958, in a world-wide perspective, is the most significant legal instrument for international arbitration. It is the purpose of this course to present an introduction into this convention and an overview of its concepts and functioning.

III. Arbitral tribunals
IV. Arbitral awards
V. Requirements for recognition and enforcement of awards
VI. Grounds for refusal of recognition and enforcement
VII. Further issues
The course has limited number of authorization codes, students that are interested in the course please contact the TA ( r09a21054@ntu.edu.tw) before 10am on Feb. 23. The TA will then draw lots to decide who can get the authorization codes later that day. For more information, please contact the TA.
